Vlakno is Asterisk PBX project upgrade and offers two kinds of solutions: Vlakno Suite and Vlakno Connect.
Vlakno Suite
Vlakno Suite is a communication application that is used as a business phone system.
It offers:
- Unique business phonebook
- Call history
- Contact list with contact statuses (busy, available, offline)
- List of missed calls
- Recording and replaying conversations
- Call statistics
- SMS messaging
- Sending and receiving faxes form a computer
- Call redirection
- Easy call transfer
- Creating voicemail messages
- Inbox for correspondence

Vlakno Suite saves time for its users that is usually spent on simple everyday operations such as finding contacts, calling, sending and receiving faxes, replying to missed calls, listening to mass messages etc.
The package consists of client and server application. It works with Asterisk versions 1.4 and 1.6. Depending on the size of company database it can be used with MS SQL Express 2008 R2 or MS SQLServer 2008 R2.
Vlakno Connect
Vlakno Connect is a software solution that enables integration of phone suport in existing software systems. It is compatible with web and desktop applications. By using Vlakno web service, it is possible to install many new functions to a system, such as:

- Phone calls
- Call redirections
- Viewing call history
- Sending faxes
- Viewing inbox (with emails, faxes, voicemails, notes etc…)
- Contact list with all its accompanying functions
Also, desktop applications can use API for notifications when the phone is ringing, answering or disconnecting.
